As well as being one of the most influential directors in physical theatre in the UK, David is also a leading arts and theatre in development pioneer and practitioner. The creative development methodology he created combines elements of dance, mime, theatre, film and story telling, and has been used in projects around the world from Bogotá to Bosnia, Phnom Penh to Paris and from Manila to Madrid since the mid 1980s.  One of his greatest development achievements is the setting up of the Lost Child project which since 1997 has operated in over 20 countries involving thousands of vulnerable children in celebrations of performance and film.  David is also in demand as a teacher, keynote speaker and writer most recently speaking at conferences on children and sexual abuse in South Korea and arts in education in the UK. He is based in London.

Paul has balanced a career in development with his musical skills since finding a talent for composing in his late teens. These skills were combined when he studied music in education for people with learning difficulties under Janet Wyatt, MBE, at the City Lit in London.  Paul completed his fifteen year career at the British Council after a five year posting as Assistant Director in Hanoi in 2002 and went on to work with people with sight impairments for which he was recognised with an award from the Vietnamese government in 2004. He also led efforts for the restoration of one of Vietnam's most famous paintings, Little Thuy, by Tran Van Can, which was completed in 2005.  Recently getting involved in photography and filmmaking, he has made three documentaries and carried out photovoice projects in Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia. He is based in Hanoi where he first met David.
