telling stories of creative transformation
ensemble films is the new filmmaking arm of ensemble creative development and training, focusing on making films about creative transformation and development. We work closely with commissioning organisations during the filming and editing process to build their awareness of the filmmaking craft and understanding of the power of film to engage audiences.
to date, we have been involved in the making of ten films covering a wide range of subjects from domestic violence to contemporary dance and our films have been screened in film festivals in Asia, Europe and Australia
we also offer basic documentary filmmaking training for people and organisations interested in reaching out to new audiences and moving beyond Powerpoint presentations.
